About My Work
Before taking the leap into full-time coaching, writing, and speaking, I was a pastor in a local church in Maryland for about 8 years. I worked for several years as a Youth Pastor before transitioning into a role on the senior leadership team and serving as Associate Pastor.
In my roles, I spent time working one-on-one with pastors and staff to help them create their strategies and achieve their goals. I also was a regular part of the large group teaching team, sharing messages on Sundays to groups numbering around 300.
What I Believe
I believe each person is made to live a life of abundance:
- full of joy that can be found even in the midst of pain and tragedy.
- full of meaning and purpose.
- full of enough challenge to keep us humble and hustling.
- full of love for self and those around us.
- full of growth and opportunities to excel.
That doesn’t mean life is always easy. But when we are properly equipped, we can live our best lives more easily.
